LEGACY FLOW MEDIA — REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Legacy Flow Solutions, LLC, doing business as Legacy Flow Media ("Legacy Flow Media," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a digital product, custom song, jingle, media asset, or course, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY (NON-SONG PRODUCTS)
Unless clearly stated otherwise on a sales page or order form, all sales are final and non-refundable for:
Digital downloads
Courses, prompts, or templates
Strategy sessions or consulting
Media/jingle production deposits or balances
We may offer a courtesy adjustment or store credit at our sole discretion.
2. CUSTOM SONG ORDERS (LEGACY GIFT SONGS)
Legacy Gift Songs are personalized audio works created uniquely from the information you submit. Because each project is custom-made, the following policies apply.
2.1 Refunds for Unstarted Orders Only
A full refund is available only if work has not begun. Work is considered "begun" once any of the following occurs:
We review your submitted song details form
We outline your song concept
We draft any part of your lyrics
We begin any part of the music creation process (melody, structure, guide vocal, arrangement, or production)
Once any work begins, the order becomes non-refundable.
2.2 Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timelines for each package (Simple Melody, Full Custom Song, Premium Legacy Song), and for Rush or Express delivery when purchased, are shown at checkout.
Delivery time begins once all required song details are submitted.
If we become aware of unexpected delays, we may notify you, but delays alone do not qualify an order for refund unless work has not started.
2.3 Something Not Quite Right?
If something in your song isn't right, reply to your delivery email within 7 days and tell us what you'd like changed. We'll work with you to make it right. Small fixes—like a name, a word, or a line—are made at our discretion at no charge. Bigger changes—such as rewriting the entire song, changing the recipient or story, starting over with a new concept, or changing the genre or vocal style—are not included; if we can offer one, we'll quote any additional cost before doing the work.

2.4 Completed Orders Are Non-Refundable
Once a song has been delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded, except if: You received the wrong file; The file is corrupted or inaccessible; A delivery error occurred on our end. We will correct such issues promptly.
2.5 Usage Rights (Personal vs. Commercial)
Unless you purchase a commercial jingle license, custom songs are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Personal-use songs may not be: Resold; Licensed to others; Used in paid advertising; Claimed as your original composition.
2.6 Customer Responsibilities
To ensure accurate and timely delivery, customers agree to: Provide complete, accurate song details; Ensure correct spelling and pronunciation; Respond to clarification questions when needed; Provide clear direction when asking for a change.
Legacy Flow Media is not responsible for delays caused by missing or unclear information.
2.7 Delivery of Custom Songs
Delivery is considered complete when we: Send your custom song to the email address you provided; Make it available via a download link; or Send you a link to your private song page by email or text.
We are not responsible for: Spam filtering; Inbox limits; Incorrect email addresses or phone numbers; Inability to download or store files.
We strongly recommend backing up your delivered files. We do not guarantee indefinite hosting or re-delivery.
2.8 Artistic Expectations
Legacy Gift Songs are creative, subjective works. While we honor the details you provide, we cannot guarantee: A specific emotional effect; A perfect match to a song you imagined; A replication of a reference track. Creative interpretation is part of the process.
2.9 Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, you agree to contact us first at [email protected]. Initiating a chargeback without giving us an opportunity to resolve the issue may delay resolution. We reserve the right to: Dispute improper or fraudulent chargebacks; Suspend future purchases or access for accounts associated with abusive disputes.
2.10 Free Previews and Tips
Free previews cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. When offered, tips are optional and non-refundable.
3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS, COURSES, AND TEMPLATES
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all digital products—including downloads, courses, templates, and prompts—are non-refundable. This includes all Legacy Flow Academy products and the Legacy AI Identity Kit, which are delivered digitally and are non-refundable once access is granted.
